Attorney Tom Olsen

Attorney Tom Olsen was born and raised in Orlando and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1981.  He was mentored in law by his father, Robert W. Olsen, who had been a lawyer in Orlando since 1955.  Tom began his legal career, like his father, with a very broad general practice.  This general practice background is what gives Tom his unique ability to answer almost any type of legal question on his Olsen on Law Radio Show.  Tom has done his radio show for over 35 years and that adds up to about 2000 radio shows and 20,000 legal questions that Tom has answered on the radio. Tom focuses his practice in the areas of probate, real estate, wills & trusts.  Tom’s hobbies include canoeing, camping, boating and playing music with The Lawbreakers. Tom is married to his law partner, Chris Merrill, and together they have three sons, three daughters, three grandchildren and their dog Max.
