Attorney Robert Hidock

Robert is originally from Long Island, New York and relocated to Central Florida as a child. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rollins College and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from Barry University School of Law. Robert is accredited with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Robert has now dedicated his practice to focus on Asset Protection and Medicaid Planning. He has first-hand knowledge of how emotional, stressful and financially devastating the entire Medicaid process can be for the applicant and the applicant’s family. He works diligently to preserve his client’s assets so they can be protected from any claims against Medicaid often allowing his client’s Estate Plan to be carried out as per their wishes.
